HONEY Rocks These Kabobs!

Susie's Sweet & Sour Chicken Kabobs Yields 4 Servings
SAUCE:
2 Tbsp Raw Honey
4 Tbsp Coconut Aminos
2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
KABOBS:
4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cubed
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into large chunks
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut into large chunks
1 Red Onion, chopped into large chunks
1 Pineapple, cut into chunks
Wooden Skewers (soak in water for 30 minutes so they won't catch on fire)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat outdoor grill to medium-high heat.
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Thread ingredients on kabobs, alternating peppers, onion, pineapple, and chicken.
Thoroughly brush kabobs with sauce and grill for 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through.
Serve with Quinoa or Rice
